This is a private reference site with no connection to a government office. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve files, perform official checks, or submit documents.

Its function is to identify relevant custodians, including the Logan County Sheriff's Department, the District and Circuit courts, Kentucky State Police, and the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also connect visitors with independently operated tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use of the website is conditioned on an agreement not to:

• Violate a federal, state, or local law
• Stalk, threaten, or harass a person with information found here
• Use content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions

Logan County Criminal History is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not produce consumer, credit, or background reports. Its content and linked tools must not be used to:

• Evaluate a renter or housing applicant
• Set credit or insurance terms
• Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit
• Carry out any other FCRA-regulated purpose

A lawful regulated check must be obtained from an authorized, FCRA-compliant source, not from this website or its general record guides.

General information about Logan County records is not legal advice. A Kentucky attorney should address how a charge, conviction, warrant, or expungement law applies to a particular matter.
